Planning Applications

Budock Parish Council is consulted on planning applications within the parish and has an opportunity to consider and comment on them.

The Parish Council does not make the final decision on planning applications. Planning decisions are made by Cornwall Council, as the local planning authority.

The Parish Council can submit its views and comments to Cornwall Council, which will consider these as part of the planning process.

Residents can also comment directly on planning applications through Cornwall Council’s online planning register.
